About us
The abundant life is equivalent to a lifestyle of joy to the fullest. Counselling and Abundant Life Therapy (C.A.L.T.) is an eclectic approach that incorporates a variety of therapeutic principles, biblical and counselling philosophies in order to create the ideal treatment program to meet the specific needs of the client .
It is a client centered counselling program. The aim is to help the client as quickly and effectively as possible using the most ideal approach.
Clients are screened using a personality and condition profile questionnaire. Though conducted via phone the in person assessment is preferred. This helps the counselor to better determine if the client will commit to follow through with the additional sessions and create the most suited program for the client’s problem.
The client will evaluate each session.

Our counselling services are affordable and competitive. Referrals from an educational institution, religious organization or medical practitioner will attract a discount.
Questionnaires, books, other printed material/resource critical to the process is an extra cost to the client.
